Strategic Plan

The 2022-2026 Strategic Plan was developed over a two-year period, with input from a wide variety of stakeholders including TransLink and its operating companies, cross regional policing partners, the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, community organizations (including those on the Chief’s Community Council), Indigenous partners, Transit Police employees and transit riders.

The Plan is centred on three Strategic Pillars, with associated results and Key Performance Indicators. Reports on Plan results and accomplishments will be published on this page twice per year. Periodic check-ins with our stakeholders and the public will also help determine needed adaption over the course of the next five-years, to account for current events, new demands and changing regulations.
