Community Service Area (CSA) 1 encompasses all the stations in the Downtown core, from Main Street Science World on the Expo Line, to Yaletown Roundhouse on the Canada Line, to the Lonsdale Quay Bus Loop in North Vancouver.

The HUB or Central Station in CSA 1 is at Waterfront Station. This station is the Terminus, or end of the line, for the Expo Line, the Canada Line, the West Coast Express, and SeaBus, as well as a stop for several bus routes. In addition to multiple businesses and restaurants, Waterfront Station is home to the Metro Vancouver Transit Police Community Policing Centre.

• Main Street-Science World Station

• Vancouver City Centre Station
