Project Summary: Through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), TransLink on behalf of the Transit Security Management Ltd. “TSML” (Transit Police) is seeking experienced and qualified firm(s)/individual(s) to transcribe voice recordings of victim/suspect/witness testimonies for ongoing police investigations that will be part of filings to the Crown Counsel.
